Return & Exchange Policy

The customer has the right to exchange or return the product and receive a refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and returned with all accessories and original packaging, where applicable, subject to the legal exceptions.

The customer has the right to exchange or return the product and receive a refund within 30 days from the date of receiving the product if the product is defective, not matching the announced specifications, or not suitable for the purpose for which it was purchased.

In this case, Brandify will bear the costs of return or exchange, and the customer will not be charged any additional fees.

Some products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or not matching the specifications. These include, for example:

• Products whose nature, characteristics, or packaging prevent them from being returned to their original condition.
• Perishable or quickly consumable products.
• Products that are no longer in their original condition due to a reason related to the customer.
• Products made, printed, customized, or specially ordered according to the customer’s specifications, as long as they match those specifications.
• Books, newspapers, magazines, software, digital programs, and similar items.
• Jewelry and similar products.
• Underwear and wedding dresses if their packaging has been removed.

Please include the order number, the reason for the request if applicable, and clear photos of the product in case of defect, damage, or non-conformity.
